Warranty Period:
The warranty period varies depending on the type of product and is clearly stated in each product description.

The warranty starts from the date the customer receives the product and covers manufacturing defects only, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations.

In case of a defect during the warranty period:
If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the product will be inspected by an authorized service center. Based on the inspection:

• Repaired free of charge
• Replaced with the same or equivalent product
• Full refund within 30 days (as per UAE law)

What the warranty does NOT cover:

• Misuse or improper handling
• Exposure to water, heat, or damage
• Use of non-original accessories
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

This warranty does not affect the customer’s rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
